PayPal is asking me for a bit more information about my account. They are saying to go to the resolution center and provide the missing information, but how can I provide information as there is no option and my payment is already released but is stoped by PayPal which is asking to provide the missing information. So how can I deal with this problem?

The best way to get more clarification and resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can check your account and assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking Contact us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
