I have been paid according to Ebay, received the email after selling an item. However its not showing on my account. Ebay is saying the listing may have recorded an old email address even though both eBay and PayPal have my latest email address. Impossible getting a response from PayPal. I have the transaction number and confirmation that the money was sent by the buyer via eBay. Not getting anywhere. I've submitted a customer service message but not getting a response. Anything further I can do?
