Ive forgotten my passpwrd. and the number associated with my paypal account is old. Therefore when i try to log-in, it send a code to my e-mail, but then wants to text me a code to my old number. I cant get in...any ideas?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
