hi, i bought something on wish and the billing address isnt mine or the phone number, i tried to change it but it would not go through, i logged onto paypal and sure enough its the wrong addy and phone, its not and old address , have never seen or heard of it before, tried to call customer service with no luck, im not really sure what to do here or how this happened, i have purchased from sight before so thats not an issue,any help would be appreciated , thank you
