not listed country

Please when i was creating my account, i didn't find my country in the list so i had to choose another.  Here is the case whereby i don't see canada in my list. Google tells me Canada is in the list of registered paypal countries

Yes of course Canada is in the list as per link.

You can't open or use another countries paypal account as it will never work properly for you.

You need to close your U.S paypal account (if you can) and open a Canadian one if that is where you reside.
