not able to enter country code for phone number

i'm currently travelling, how do i add my current mobile phone to my account.  i am not changing my country of residence just the number i can communicate with

Thank you for your question. It is not possible to add a number from a different country to a PayPal account. Only numbers from within the same country the account was registered in can be used with the account. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @debile123,

I would not advise that. An account should only be registered where you reside. If your country of residence will be changing every few months, you should pick the most permanent place of residence and use that country for your account's registration.
