I made a mistake. When I created the account, I should have called it a business account rather than personal as it is for a non-profit... but as there was no option for 'non-profit' in the list of business types, and I didn't know what else to do. Now I regret that. I have tried to change it to a business acount and the website keeps going round in circles asking me to sign in, then asking what type of business, then asking me to sign in again,then asking what type of business again, etc.
How do I change my personal account to a business account? And how do I indicate that it's a non-profit? (It is not a registered charity, but a non-profit interest group.) Since "non-profit" isn't an option, is "partnership" the right business type to choose to get it started?
