no payment email notification anymore

Today 6. Jan 2020 my email payment notification stopped.

I received several payments into my PayPal account today,

but was not notified of those payments.

I did receive withdrawal notifications via e-mail though....

Does anybody know why my payment notifications stopped...???

Customers are panicking though as they are getting several emails from PP and are concerned that we are taking more than one payment from them!

Don't know what your answer has to do with my question!

I am really not concerned about PP taking payment from me, but questioning

why I didn't receive any email notification when I received payment....

This happens at least twice a year and always sorts itself out in a day or two....then they all come flooding in. Its not a Yahoo problem as customers and suppliers of mine also have the same problem with other providers.
