no longer able to access account

why can i no longer use paypal, and why is there no rhyme or reason behind this? plus how do i contact customer support since everything seems to be a dead end. even if my account is being removed for allegedly violating terms of their user something agreement, how do I contact support and at least find out the reason behind this? this is extremely inconvenient.

They never give you reasons just say you violated their policy in some ways but if you want to ask then ..............

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
