new phone number, can't confirm as I never get sms code

hi! I got a new phone number and im not able to update it on PayPal. 

using the app I write new number but NEVER get the sms with the code to confirm

using the web it's asking me to write only numbers and using 00 for international format it tells me is not correct. 😕 

can anyone help, please!?
