My account has had limitations put on it due to a negative balance caused by some customers wanting a refund (PayPal sent funds after product was sent) The negative balance would be taken care of if I could receive several hundred dollars in customer payments, but since I cannot receive payments the balance remains negative. (only way to resolve it at present due to health complications) I cannot get any answers when I send an email and when I call I am put on hold, How do I get through to someone to fix this issue?????
Ways to clear a negative balance.
1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.
2. Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.
