negative balance

hello i sell yt channel and buyer refund the money -1000$ what happened if i didn’t pay the negative balance..but it scam me i can understand?

If your transaction was not covered under seller protection and don't pay negative balance, then PayPal will close account and send to debt collections. Or any payments received into your account will go towards the negative balance. Won't be able to use PayPal again unless you pay. You are held responsible for reversed payments.

only it’s? it can take money for my card or no? or more any problem? im from georgia and it can do more sizes.. im not sending this money and it can give me any other problem ??
