I need to close a paypal account I will no longer be using. when I follow the instructions, go to settings, go to account type and click on the close account icon it just turns the screen grey and does not close the account, no email sent to complete closing of account. anyone know what I might be doing wrong please or any advise about what I should do that I am not doing.
