I tried to contact Paypal for my name change and becoming almost impossible now to get to them. Has annyone succeded to change their names and how long did it take. i already submitted the required documents weeks ago by i have received no help.i also cannot deactivate my account since i have funds in it and require the name change.Who has any advice on this and maybe a way i can contact paypal officials.their automated messaging bots just take you into a loop and finally you receive no help.someone please, anyone.
We are 2 now, I've been waiting for weeks after submitting the documents for the name change and now my account is locked due a limitation. For what i've seen until right now, I can assure you that a name change at this rate can take around a month instead of those "7 working days" they promise x)
