Hi i opened an account using a family members name but have since changed all banking details etc to my own, how do i change the name on the acoount?

You can only change the name on a paypal account for a minor typo or for legal reasons.

That account would belong to the person with that name and that is not you.

Its against paypal rules to open an account using fake details.
