So I received an email asking me to confirm my identity. I clicked on the link and proceeded to try to login. None of my passwords worked and then when it asked my security question to change my password it told me my answer was wrong. I no longer have access to the phone number I used to sign up for that account. How do I go about changing or deleting that account if I cant sign in?

For customer assistance with this, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
