We noticed some unusual activity on a card linked to your PayPal account. To keep your account secure, we've limited certain features in your account. You'll need to provide the requested information to regain full access

 

I have a question regarding this notification I am asking if i need to submit all the information needed about this issue in my account because i dont have passport id and I am confused about the email instruction because I dont receive any email. Please assist thanks
