My charity has a paypal account for donations...when our exec director left, he turned over to new guy ..who changed password .. but used his own email address apparently .... now Paypal doesn't recognize original email address or password, or new one...new guy has his own paypal account...
how does he get Paypal to send him new log in when he has two acccounts associated with one email address?
