multiple accounts for personal use

I created another Paypal account not knowing that my previous account is still existing.  Paypal accepted the new email address that I used to create the new one. But the problem now is I would like to use the new account and delete the old one however, Paypal is not accepting both the email address and the password. What should I do?

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of previous account.
