The phone number I used to set up Paypal years ago is now defunct. Have tried to remove it but cannot. i see nothing on my profile that allows me to remove. I can change my new number but the old original number seems to be fixed in place. This is a problem because I am trying to buy an app for my phone using Paypal and when a confirmation code is texted to me it goes to the old number which I no longer have so therefore I cannot confirm the transaction to make my purchase. The automated help function on paypal is useless to me in solving this issue.
