accessing help has got to be the least intuitive, least useful feature on paypal. their solutions have never hit the mark.
I can't even get a simple business name change. Follow instructions, to get no change.
why is there no online bank teller for paypal? how can I change my business name. and please don't link the "click profile" auto-response. I've followed instructions and they don't change.
