Hello, I recently created my account and I have received $150 to my account. But when I try to send/purchase online I was not able to.
It says "money is waiting for you" claim it in home screen. Its asking me the to enter bank/SSN information. How do I send money to someone or purchase online without these. Thanks in advance.
I have same problem and i try to send this money to my debit card, but when i choose "Transfer it to your bank" i can't see my debit card... when i try Link an eligible debit card or bank i see that my card was added... Can you help me with this? I want to transfer this money to my card
