mobile number on a different account isnt mine

Hi, I got an email today from PAYPAL from my other paypal account and the email had the wrong name but my email address. 

I can't log in as the second security check is a code sent to my mobile number and I can't get the number because that isn't my mobile number.

I have searched everywhere and Im going insane. 

HELP!!!
