I'm sorry to hear that you provided incorrect account information when requesting a refund. PayPal accounts are designated by the email address or mobile number associated with the account. Did you tell the merchant the incorrect email address or mobile number? If so, please contact the merchant from whom you are expecting the refund to provide them with the correct information to allow them to find your payment and refund it.
