login problem related with security issue

Hi! I have a big problem today. I tried to pay with paypal, i received a call in order to confirm my account but when i enterd the 4 digit code the automated call system couldn't recognise it. Ever since i noticed that I can't access my paypal account. When i try to login i receive a message in Greek that says ''We could not confirm that it really is you''. What can i do to resolve this issue?

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

 

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

I have a landline phone registered to my account. The problem remains. I will try to call to this number (contact us). Thanks..:)
