log in problems

Hi, Im not able to log in today. The authentication text does not arrive, phone call does not take place. I need to send invoices and am stuck! Any ideas? I triedn ringing but    'we are unable to answer your query at this time..'  Paypal acts as a bank, and Im not now able to either access my money or deal with refunds and invoices. HELP!

I have the same problem. Email and password are fine, but no verification is sent either via text or phone. Tries phoning paypal but it was a waste of time.
