log in problems due to PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation

Dear Paypal Community,

I am having a problem logging into my (companys) paypal account, it request authentication ( as part of PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation) 

It says they (Paypal) will call me on phone number which I gave while setting account. In next step you get a code with 4 numbers which I should tell them after phone call,  but they don't call.

In last step it says:  Sorry we couldn't confirm its you.

 

Its also no possible to get any other help or contact while for each request you have to be logged in, which I cant be at first.

 

Please is there anyone with a solution
