anybody having to change their password every single time they try to log in? and if so, any solutions? I have talked to paypal directly, my account was looked into and there were no issues/problems...their only solution was to cancel my account and start over with a new one. They did say that their system has been having "issues" for the last several days. At this point, have decided to wait it out to see if it gets fixed quickly but wondering about other people's experiences with this. Thanks.
