So a few months ago I had to close my paypal account and re-open a new account. I linked the same email addresses to the new account. Now I can't revise any of my ebay listings since everytime I try to update a listing it gives me a "The email address you entered isn't linked to a PayPal account." but it is and people are still buying my items. So I go to the link paypal account in the my ebay section and after logging in to paypal it says "You have successfully signed up for PayPal with a credit card." Seems like some sort of error. I've tried linking accounts a bunch of times but it never sticks. How can I solve this? I called ebay and they said to call paypal.
