linking accounts

I have tried for two days now to link my paypal and bank accounts,every single time,it tells me it sent a "code" to my phone,my phone is a landline and does not get ANY SORT of text messages. How am I supposed to link those accounts without that code? I do not want to do the three deposit thing because I will forget to check my account.I am at my wits end with this nonsense HELP?
