hello so my account randomly got locked and i received this We need you to confirm your account details or your recent transactions. Once you confirm the information, you’ll regain full access to your account. i went further asking the support they said they need a proof of adress i sent them bank statement government statement and electricity bill and they're rejecting them all and not accepting to unlock my account and i don't know what to do i need my account anyone has a solution ?

The documents need to be dated within the last 3 months.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

i did send them a bank statement that was 3 days old and they didn't accept it also
