My account has been created but now I want a phone number. My Afghanistan name card is not created. I have a real passport and my phone number is not created. Please help me.

Are you in Afghanistan? If so then you can't use another countries paypal account, it would never work properly for you and would soon be limited, paypal is not supported in your country.
