initially i have given my last name and i used my middle name as my last name but now i need to change it and give my correct last name . i have tried several times to correct the name by uploading all my legal government documents it says that 2 to 3 days required to do it but now it has been more than 2 weeks and no response i there fro m paypal , so what can i do to correct my name.
