hi.

is my account working?

i have had emails to suggest so but notifications to suggest not.

also i used to have near to £20 the last time i used it. i now have closer to £1. i am now in ireland. i have sent through proof of address and drivers licence and bank statements.

 

if my account is not working, i will not be making any further effort to "buy in" to paypal - from what i can gather it's all a lot of nonsense. but i'd like assurances that my account is deleted forever and that all my data is deleted forever in a secure fashion - please.

You would need to ask customer services those questions.

 



Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
