I closed my old PayPal account and before doing so I removed my credit card. Now when I attempt to link it to my new account it says my credit card is linked to another account(my closed one) any help on how I can unlink my credit card from my old now closed account.
As long as you haven't added it at least 3 times to any paypal accounts then you should be able to add it again but may need to wait a few days for the system to play catch up and re-set.
