Hello,

I'm trying to add a phone number from Colombia South America to my U.S. paypal account. Then I want to link that account to a credit card from a Colombian bank. Is this possible? if so, how?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts /  from within that country.

Any cards billing address has to match your paypal account address.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
