inbox icon??

hey guys i got an email saying i have a message from paypal?But this does not exist in my paypal account???lol

says to login click notifications and inbox?there is no inbox at all in my account?

The inbox is the bell icon near the cog (account settings) and log out buttons

ya when i click on it it just refreshes my page ..no inbox...is there a shortcut or url ?

Hi there,

I recommend reaching gout to our customer service who can help with this. From the screenshot you provided it seems you have some steps to complete. Maybe the notification is the email you were expecting to see. The number for customer service can be located under the Help and Contact tab at the bottom of the PayPal website.
