i understand how to go and download statements, but when i downloaded the statement it was not what i expected. i am wondering how to get a statement that shows my account number, name, address, the real statement that a regular bank would normally give. i need a statement that has those necessary details for other reasons that involve one of my credit cards. does anyone know how to aquire this? or is it even possible to get a more detailed statement like what i need?
