identity confirmation problems

as the last stage of my identity confirmation i am being asked to confirm my credit card. i press resolve...it kicks me out to the main screen and the message about acccount limitations is still there. i did this several times and no change. any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a loop when trying to resolve a limitation step. Please check to make sure that your browser has cookies enabled, and then clear the cookies and cache in that browser and restart it. If the problem persists after that, please log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to our technicians.
