I've filled out the personal info, they said, you have 1 last chance , even though I 've entered correct info.

what I need to do get verified?

I don't want the account to be locked.

Hi @magicalex,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, the system will give you 3 attempts to insert the information to complete the identification process. Once all the attempts fail, you will be redirected to uploading your proof of identity and your proof of address. After that, the case will be reviewed by the relevant department and they will send you an email communication as soon as there are any updates!
