You may want to contact customer service for assistance. Not sure about your country but, Premier Accounts in the US have been discontinued - you either have a Personal Account or a Business Account. Regardless of what country you live in, you would need to contact customer service and ask them to downgrade your account as it's not something you can do yourself.
