i have added my card yet the bank is not connected

I tried connecting my bank by inputting 2 small transactions but received no such transactions. 

Then I researched and found that by adding your card, the bank gets automatically verified but upon confirming my card and successfully getting it enabled for paying on PayPal, my bank is yet not connected and neither there are any 2 small transactions. 

Please help. It's urgent
