hi iam new to paypal, i have been using payoneer and i must say their helping team is much better, anyway  here is my problem, first how can i verify my account, i cannot add a US bank account since iam from Africa Kenya,

second  my money was sent on monday still my balance reads 00

what else is needed so i  can receive my payment? and no one seems to help me

Link a credit card to verify your PayPal account. Make sure your email address is confirmed (when you signed up PayPal send you an email to confirm your email address to make sure it is valid, check that that's done successfully) and the funds are sent to the correct PayPal email address.

If incorrect email address, the sender can cancel the payment on their end and resend to correct email address. If there's is no cancel button, then the funds will be returned automatically in 30 days.

Otherwise, I have no idea why you're not receiving the funds. Did you receive a PayPal email confirming that you received payment? The PayPal email is very basic: who paid, for what, how much, and the transaction ID number.

Maybe the person said they paid but really didn't and they are trying to scam. It happens.
