i cant access to my paypal account ?

Hi! I am from morocco , in the last 2 days i can't access to my " another business paypal account " , i don't know why but i guess i left my paypal password with my friend and he tryed to log in with an american ip , so when i want to log in too i cant, like that my account was blocked ?? help please i tryed to call paypal but they was busy.

1. You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same kind then you risk them all being limited.

2. You should NEVER give your paypal log in information to anyone, if you do then again your account may be limited.

Maybe thats why?
