i added a new cc to withdraw money from my limited paypal account and cant remove it now neither did they allow me to withdraw the money with the credit card
Just see what information PayPal is asking. Sometimes it is really basic info and you can lift the limit. Do you have something on your notification button? Without confirming all the docs PayPal asks you won’t be able to withdraw.
