I'm sorry to hear that you closed your PayPal account. It is not possible to reopen a closed PayPal account, but you can create a new one using the same email address. If you have difficulty adding financial instruments like banks or cards that were on the old account, you may need to contact Customer Service for assistance. Once the new account is created, you can click Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to see your Contact options.
