how to downgrade my business account to individual account ?

hi ! 
I tried to call PayPal customer service regrading this question , but the waiting time was way too long .. I'm hoping to get help from here as soon as possible . please let me know how do I downgrade my PayPal business account to individual account .

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.

OR

You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
