how to close my account

i use paypall long time. now i received message : 

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

how can i now solve this ? or how i can close my account? 

i dont do nothing special.....and now they send me this message.....so i want to finish my use @Paypal

Sadly its a permanent ban as paypal no longer want your business.

Paypal holds your funds for 180 days as that is the same timeframe that buyers have to open paypal disputes.
So if no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then you are allowed to withdraw the funds.

You won't be able to close the account as paypal limit it to stop you being tempted to use that email address or cards etc linked to it on another paypal account against their rules.
