Hi, I need to change mobile # from an Ivorian # to a Russian one but the system doesn't let me do that stating my Russian # is not a valid #. I'm thinking the issue may be the system wants me to insert a # without the international prefix which may be fixed to the Ivorian prefix but how stupid is that? Please help. Thanks.
