how do i verify my account

I have tried the help section (Which is absolutely useless) it provides a link back to my account page but does not actually tell me whats missing.

I have an address,

email address,

My drivers license,

my phone number

can someone please tell me what i need to do to verify my paypal account.

Hi @kernowlass thanks however that help article doesn't help, it mearly provides a link back to my account page which as far as I can tell is all filled out correctly, it does not actually tell me what is missing and this is the issue.
